Power JDM The Beat is a radio-streaming application. You are not required to create a user account or directly provide personal information to listen to the station.

JDM Entertainment Group does not sell users’ personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate, support, analyze, secure, or improve the App, or when required by law.
The App or its audio stream may include advertisements. Advertising providers may use device identifiers, IP addresses, general location information, and App interaction data to deliver or measure advertisements where permitted by law.

Power JDM The Beat is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

You may limit certain data collection by:

Power JDM The Beat is operated from the United States. If you access the App from another location, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
